How Vengeance collects, uses, and protects data from your Discord server.
Last updated: June 16, 2026
To operate moderation, anti-nuke, automod, leveling, economy, and related features, Vengeance ("the Bot") processes the following data:
Data is used solely to provide and improve the Bot's features: enforcing moderation actions, displaying dashboard analytics, persisting server settings across restarts, and maintaining leveling/economy state. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Server configuration and aggregate activity data are stored in a private backing store used by the Bot and its web dashboard. Some data (such as snipe caches) is kept only in memory and is cleared on restart or after a short time.
The web dashboard authenticates through Discord's OAuth2 flow. We only request the minimum scopes needed to identify you and the servers you administer. We do not receive or store your Discord password.
Server configuration is retained for as long as the Bot remains in your server. Hourly activity analytics are retained for up to 366 days and pruned automatically afterward. Removing the Bot from your server does not necessarily delete previously stored configuration immediately, but it is no longer actively used.
We do not share your server's data with third parties except where required to operate the Bot (e.g. Discord's own API) or where required by law.
Server owners and administrators can remove the Bot at any time, which stops all further data collection from that server. To request deletion of existing stored configuration or data, contact us via our Discord server.
Vengeance is intended for use in accordance with Discord's own minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from users who do not meet Discord's eligibility requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
