Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Vengeance ("the Bot", "we", "us") to your Discord server or otherwise using its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

Vengeance is a Discord bot that provides moderation, anti-nuke protection, automod, leveling, economy, music, and related utility features, along with an optional web dashboard for configuration.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times while using the Bot. You must be permitted to use Discord under its own age and regional requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot to violate any applicable law or Discord's Terms of Service
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Bot's normal operation
• Use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm another person or community
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, permission checks, or anti-abuse protections
• Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Bot without our written permission

5. Dashboard Access

The web dashboard authenticates via Discord OAuth2. Access to a server's configuration is limited to users with the Administrator permission or server ownership on that server. You are responsible for safeguarding your own Discord account credentials.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Vengeance online and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control (including Discord outages).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block any server or user from using the Bot at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Bot will be error-free, secure, or that any moderation/anti-nuke action will prevent all forms of abuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot — including loss of data, server content, or roles resulting from Bot actions or third-party actions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
